Screen printing often requires larger minimums to place an order because of the the time and labor of set-ups. Aside from digitizing your logo, there is minimal set-up needed, making embroidery an ideal option for small run orders.

2. Quality - While screen printing can display great quality and detailed-colorful prints, screen printing is often a better choice for large run orders and items like t-shirts and sweatshirts. If you're looking for a higher quality or more professional look, consider embroidered polo shirts, fleece, jackets and hats.

3. Variety - Once your logo is digitized, it can be stitched on a variety of items*, allowing you to mix and match items and styles. Need a handful of polo shirts but only one jacket? No problem.
